B90 Beauty Room Terms & Conditions

We're excited to welcome you to B90 Beauty Room in Shirley, a premium space for beauty professionals available for hourly, half day, or full day rental. Please review our booking terms and conditions below:

Booking Terms

✅ Availability for bookings:

• Monday–Friday: 9am–8pm

• Saturday: 9am–5pm

Bookings can be made up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. If an attempt is made to book a date & time within 48 hours, this time period will display on the calendar as 'unavailable'.

✅ To book, please visit the Book Now page and follow the online booking instructions.

✅ Full payment must be made in advance via the website in order to secure your booking and access to the room. We do not accept payments retrospectively.

✅ A £15 refundable viewing deposit applies for room viewings. Viewings must be pre-agreed in advance. The deposit is either:

• fully refundable following the viewing, or

• redeemable against a future booking at B90 Beauty Room.
  
  

📧 Please check your email either in the evening before your booking or on the morning of your appointment. A Welcome Pack PDF containing important information, including the building access code, will be sent to you during the day prior to your booking.

⚠️ Arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as depending on availability, we may be able to extend your booking beyond the allocated time slot.

⚠️ A short setup time of 5 minutes is permitted; however, if you require more than 5 minutes for treatment setup, please book an additional hour in advance. Similarly, if you expect appointments to overrun, please book an additional hour(s) accordingly. Tenants must vacate the room promptly at the end of their booking.

⚠️ The room must be left clean, tidy, and in a condition close to how it was originally found. Any cosmetic or structural damage to furnishings, equipment, or the premises may result in refusal of future bookings and/or charges for repair or replacement.

⚠️ Plastic couch covers or the couch roll provided must always be used on the treatment couch, particularly at the foot end, to prevent staining or damage from footwear.

⚠️ All furniture, equipment, complimentary cleaning materials, and products provided at B90 Beauty Room are for use within the treatment space only and must not be removed from the premises.

⚠️ Cancellations or changes to your appointment date/time must be made at least 48 hours before the booking start time. Please request this via our contact form at the footer of the page.

⚠️ With the exception of holistic treatments and physiotherapy-related sports massage, other massage therapy bookings cannot currently be accommodated at B90 Beauty Room.

⚠️ All consumables, equipment, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of your booking. Please ensure nothing is left behind. Additionally, products, devices, machinery, or valuables must not be left on-site without prior written agreement. B90 Beauty Room accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to items left on the premises.

🚫 Theft, intentional damage, or misuse of the facilities may be reported to the relevant authorities.

🚫 Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations (less than 48 hours in advance) or no-shows.

🚫 We reserve the right to refuse entry, terminate a booking, or remove any tenant who:

• fails to vacate the room at the end of their booking,

• behaves aggressively or inappropriately,

• is rude or abusive towards staff or others within the building, or

• refuses to follow reasonable instructions on-site.
  
  

Such behaviour will result in a permanent ban from future bookings at B90 Beauty Room.
