B90 Beauty Room Terms

We're excited to welcome you to B90 Beauty Room in Shirley, a premium space for beauty professionals available for hourly, half day, or full day rental. Please review our booking terms below:

Booking Terms

• We accept bookings on available days from Mon-Fri, 9am-9pm or Sat, 9am-5pm, which can be made from 48 hours in advance of your preferred time slot.

• To book a time, please visit the Book Now page and follow the instructions.

• Payment must be made in advance via the website in full to secure your appointment as well as access.

• A £15 viewing deposit applies to those interested in viewing the room. This is either fully refundable if you do not wish to rent the room, or redeemable against a future booking. This must be secured via the website.

• Please arrive on time; in the event of a fully-booked day, we may not be able to honour the full time slot for late arrivals

• Room must be left in a clean, tidy condition - as originally found - without any cosmetic or structural damage to furnishings, equipment or surroundings.

• Plastic couch covers (provided) or your own couch roll MUST be used with the treatment couch.

• All furniture, complimentary cleaning materials, equipment and products must only be used within the treatment space - not for take away.

• Damage or theft will be reported to the relevant authorities

• Cancellations can be made no later than 72 hours in advance of bookings.

• Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

• Unfortunately, with the exception of physiotherapy, massage therapy requests cannot be accommodated at B90 Beauty Room.

• All consumables and equipment must be taken with you and cannot be left in the room.
